Our goal is to expand the technological capacity in our school by providing on-site technical support services.

 

Established in W.C. Bryant High School in September of 2005, the Award Winning MOUSE Squad has contributed to the technological development in our school.

 

Set up as a Help Desk, the MOUSE Squad is responsible for Level 1 problems in the school and has been doing everything possible to keep the business running effectively.

The main focus of the MOUSE Squad technicians is to resolve Level 1 workstation and peripheral-related problems.

 

 

These include but are not limited to:

 

8 Installing, upgrading, and configuring operating systems in our school.

 

8 Configuring web browsers.

 

8 Loading and configuring software applications.

 

8 Resolving problems associated with software applications.

 

8 MOUSE Squad technicians can operate as computer lab assistants.

 

8 MOUSE Squad technicians can support the use of specific applications in the school community such as SMARTBoard and discipline specific software.
